Taekwondo Program
The Taekwondo program at Integrity Martial Arts includes the most exciting and beneficial aspects of Martial Arts. You will learn a variety of skills through a variety of drills making training fun, exciting, and challenging.
Our Taekwondo program is grounded in the five tenets of Taekwondo: Courtesy, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit and Integrity. These tenets are the backbone of our program as they will help practitioners become not only better martial artists, but better citizens. Our training instills confidence through positive coaching, lot's of encouragement, and a powerful mentoring relationship with great role models.
All classes are taught by Master Instructors who focus on all phases of the art (poomsae, sparring, flexibility, focus, etc.). Instructors are well-versed in both the art and sport of Taekwondo, and they truly focus on both during class. Students are encouraged to push themselves mentally and physically to become the best martial artist they can.
As students learn rank requirements and test for belts, they will be presented with a new set of skills to learn. The process continues, offering a lifetime of learning through colored belts, various degrees of Black Belts, Master Degrees, and beyond.
Learning Martial Arts is a journey, not a destination.
Taekwondo classes are held Monday through Friday from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am - 10:30 am. Classes are open to individuals ages 7-adult.

Little Dragons
The Integrity Martial Arts Little Dragon program is a one-of-a-kind martial arts experience specifically designed for younger children. It is tailored to children ages 3-6 and focuses on basic martial arts exercises, the development of general coordination and gross motor skills, and the understanding of several life skills through numerous games and activities.
A typical Little Dragon class will begin with a warm-up, stretching, and a discussion of the “class plan.” The students will then be engaged in numerous activities that focus on basic blocking, punching and kicking skills using a variety of equipment. Different games and fun activities are intermixed to help improve a child’s balance and coordination.
Each class will also contain a “life skills” section, with students participating in various activities to develop discipline, respect, listening and many other skills. And, as we believe every student should leave class energized, with a smile on their face, each class ends with a game.
Each session is a total of 12 classes. Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00-5:45 pm, and families can choose which night to attend. The cost of the session is $100. Each student is also required to wear a uniform. The uniform can be purchased at Integrity Martial Arts for an additional fee.
